The practice team aims to promote and maintain good health and to help if you fall ill. Your co-operation is therefore vital if we are to carry out our job efficiently and effectively.
If you move house we shall need to know your new address as soon as possible. If this is outside the practice area we would ask you to register at a practice covering your new area.
If you have a visitor staying with you for up to 3 months and they need to see a doctor, they can be seen as ‘Temporary Residents’. The patient should be fully registered with us if his/her stay is longer than 3 months.
