Repeat prescriptions

You can order by clicking the “Request Your Prescription Online” link on this page and completing the online form, or by handing in/posting your requests to the Practice, or asking your chemist to order for you.

You can also order medication by registering to use the EMIS Patient Access online ordering system. You should contact the Practice and ask to register for this. This process may take a few days and we will contact you when complete with your Registration login details. You can view the guide to helping you set up once you have these details here – EMIS Patient Access Registration Guide. You can then use the “Go to Patient Access”  link on this page or download the App for Android or iOS.

Our voicemail prescription request line is no longer in operation.

Please do not call the main Practice number as medication requests will not be taken on this line.

Your prescription will be processed at the Practice within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note: Special Requests (items not put on your list by the GP) may take longer at up to 72 hours.  If you have requested this to then go to a pharmacy, their dispensing times are not included in these 48/72 hours and may take longer. Please do not call the Practice to check if your prescription is ready if you have ordered within the last 72 working hours.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you may be asked to make an appointment
