The most efficient way to order medication is to use the EMIS Patient Access online ordering system by bringing ID into the Surgery and asking to sign up. You can then use the link on the right side of this page or download the App for iOS or Android. With Patient Access, you can order your medication from home, work or on the move – wherever you can connect to the internet. What’s more, because Patient Access is a 24-hour online service, you can order medication in your own time, day or night.
You can hand in, or post, your request list to the Surgery or ask your chemist to order it for you

Your prescription will be processed at the Practice within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note: Special Requests (items not put on your list by the GP) may take longer. If you have requested this to then go to a pharmacy, their dispensing times are not included in these 48 hours and may take longer.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you may be asked to make an appointment
