STEP ON STRESS – SLEEP WELL COURSE

The Step on Stress service are offering a 2-hour course – Sleep Well – using techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a psychological therapy that focuses on the relationships between thoughts (cognitions), behaviours and feelings. It provides participants with knowledge and strategies to help reduce sleep problems and improve sleep quality.
